The study analyzes situations of discriminatory dismissal of cases judged by the Superior Labor Court, in 2019, within the scope of Judgments judgments, seeking its correlation with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in order to know the circumstances and reasons alleged by these companies. To this end, we refer to ISO 26000, which establishes guidelines in Social Responsibility and to ILO Convention No. 111, in addition to the Brazilian legal system. In this way, we carried out a documentary and bibliographic research, seeking to identify the perception of companies / organizations about the context of discriminatory dismissal and its correlation with the CSR guidelines. The study concluded that the absorption of the ISO 26000 guidelines and principles is emerging for CSR in addition to its internal management or in the purely philanthropic scope or as a marketing tool, but also from the perspective of legal responsibility.
