PERCEPTION OF SUSTAINABILITY FACTORS: A STUDY IN A CREDIT COOPERATIVE

Abstract

This work presents the study of the protection of groundwater against a risk society as its central theme. Thus, the objective is to demonstrate how the modernization process contributed to the emergence of the so-called risk society and the dangers it presents in the contamination of groundwater. Using the inductive research method due to the nature of the study developed, as it fits the proposed objectives and using bibliographic research as a source to form an argument, it was found that a change in the behavior patterns currently adopted is necessary, taking into account in view of the range of interests and conflicts that are involved in the issue of groundwater contamination and also to prevent the risks they offer to society.
