This study aims of analyze the influence of colonial thinking and lobbying action in environmental legislation Brazil’s, all on the part of bancada ruralista in Forestry Code reform. Firstly, there is a need to emancipation of colonial dogmas, followed by uses cartography review of existing literature about environmental legislation change in recent years follow. Be observed a significant decrease of laws, regulations or conservation followed by amnesty by loosening of inspection for the agribusiness sector this captain of legal and illegal deforestation in the country.
