HUMANIZED MANAGEMENT AND CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM: VALUABLE AND COMPETITIVE DIFFERENTIALS IN CREDIT COOPERATIVISM FROM THE ANALYSIS OF A SICREDI AGENCY

Cooperativism is relevant to territorial socioeconomic development. Humanized management, through the Conscious Capitalism movement, constitutes an organizational differential and competitive differential. This work proposed to identify the interrelationships, applications and contributions of humanized management regarding cooperative principles and practices, with a focus on credit cooperatives. For this purpose, bibliographic research, documentary research and interviews were used, based on a case study in a Sicredi agency, in the northwest of Rio Grande do Sul. Interrelationships between cooperative strategies and practices were identified with the pillars of humanized management, and proximity to these pillars and practices evidenced with cooperative principles. It was concluded that humanized management has a significant interrelation with cooperative principles and practices, contributing to the development of the Sicredi agency of the study, its cooperative and to Sicredi, before the market of cooperatives and credit cooperatives, and society.
